Sympathico-adrenal effects of endotoxaemia in cattle

Abstract

Intradermal injection of 46 ug E coil endotoxin had no effect on the plasma cortisol and noradrenaline concentrations of four dairy cows. Mean values were similar to normal values reported in the literature.
