Abstract

Thank you, Jim. Well it's a great pleasure to be up here to start off another annual meeting. When our Association was formed some 12-13 years ago, this meeting and the education that goes with it and the getting together and meeting of all the practitioners from other parts of the country was one of the main purposes of starting this organization. I think as an organization we have done very well over the past 10 years.
