Abstract

Feedback is a powerful tool that can strongly influence human relationships, behaviors and careers. Professionals who master giving feedback can become exceptional leaders and effective practitioners. This workshop is about learning to give feedĀ­back to employees, peers and clients to motivate change and improvement. It is also about learning to accept feedback as a powerful means for personal growth.
