Abstract

In 2018, a survey regarding member perceptions related to gender bias encountered in clinical practice settings was made available to the members of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners. The definition of gender bias included with the survey was “when a member of 1 gender is advantaged or disadvantaged for the reason of their gender”.
