Abstract

The pharmacokinetics of some of the important drugs are discussed and reviewed. The drugs included are salicylates, phenol, chloramphenicol, quinidine, amphetamine, pentobarbital, phenylbutazone, oxyphenbutazone and tetraethylammonium. Comparison is made of kinetic parameters of these in the dog and goat.
