Abstract

Larkspur poisoning of grazing cattle occurs often on mountain and high plains areas of the western U.S.A. resulting in significant economic loss. Larkspur poisoning also occurs in other cattle production areas but is recognized less frequently.

Garden larkspurs are toxic and accidental consumption of them may cause poisoning
