A Modified Caslicks's procedure for closure of the dorsal vulva in the cow

A cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive (Nexaband) was used to assist healing of vaginal tears, sutured a month after calving. The procedure prevented pneumovagina. Use of the adhesive overcame faecal contamination of the wound.
